Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is the key to happiness at SuitSu. We’re here to help you if you’re not 100% happy with your order.
Returns
- Items can be returned within 7-10 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return:
– It needs to be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
-Must have original packaging and tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made or tailored suits
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Refunds
We will send you an email as soon as we have received your return and determined whether or not a refund is possible. If approved:
- This refund will go back to the payment method you originally used and should appear within 5–10 business days.
Note: The shipping fee is non-refundable except in the case of a defective or wrong item.
Exchanges
For size or item change request:
- Send an email within 30 days after you have received your order at order@suitsu.shop.
- We will walk you through the exchange process.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Please forgive any errors! When you are sent an item that is imperfect or wrong.
- Just send us an email at support@suitsu.shop within 7 days after being delivered.
- If possible, attach images of the problem to solve with speed.
We will send a replacement or refund to you right away.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Send us an email at support@suitsu.shop with your order details and the reason for return/exchange.
- We will give you a return shipping label or instruction on how to go about the process.
- Repackage the item and send it back to us.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund is not credited according to the processing time stated:
- Contact your bank or credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is posted.
- If it is still not working, please email us at support@suitsu.shop and we can help you further.
Important Notes
- Return Shipping Costs — If the item is defective or we made a mistake, you will not have to pay for return shipping. Otherwise, customers have to cover the cost of return shipping.
- Refund adjustments: We may refuse to accept a return that does not meet our policy criteria.
