At SuitSu, the customer is king and deserves to be treated like royalty. We have a simple return and exchange policy; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Take a fair look before reading experience based on our policy.

  1. Returns and Exchange Policy
  • You have 14 days from the date of Delivery of items to return or exchange.
  • All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Items that are used, damaged, altered or marked are therefore non-returnable and non-exchange/exchange.
  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Returns or exchanges are also not accepted on the following items:
  • Tailor-made or personalized goods.

  1. How To Returns and Exchanges: 

Step 1: Open a Ticket with our Customer Support

  • Please send us an email at order@suitsu.shop to let us know your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  • Get attached with clear pictures of the item(s) if possible (like, broken or wrong item received).

Step 2: Await Confirmation

  • Your request will be reviewed by our staff, and if approved your return shipping information will be provided.

Step 3: Ship the Item

  • Return it back to us with a service that offers tracking. Other than as may be in accordance of SuitSu agreements, SuitSu shall not liable to lost/damaged items during the return shipment and/or on transit.
  • Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Stage 4: Processing a Refund or an Exchange

  • We will refund or exchange the product within 7-10 working days of receiving and verifying its condition.
  • All refunds will be returned to the original payment. Please note exchanges are dependent on available stock.
  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Note: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you received a damaged/incorrect item. We will either send you a replacement or refund the entire amount, including shipping.

  1. Refund Details
  • Returns are liable only for receipt of the goods not, original transport costs unless we have made an error.
  • If the order was bought with a discount or promo code, the refund will show the discount price that was paid.
